Your workout routine:
I hired a personal trainer so I don’t really want to broadcast her work to the world, but basically cardio 5-7 days a week, at least a half hour, gym 5 days a week, weight lifting. My split is legs & abs, biceps and back, legs and abs, triceps and shoulders and chest, legs and abs.
Do people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?
Not recently, in the past a lot yeah. But lately I just go to work and the only people i see besides coworkers are close friends.
30 Day Thinspo Challenge days 28-30
Day 28: Do you want that gap between your legs? Why?
Yes. Because small thin thighs are cute and dainty and that gap makes other girls jealous and looks cute in everything.
Day 29: Your definition of beauty.
This is my definition of beauty FOR MYSELF, does not apply to anyone else. Skinny, bones slightly visible, muscles slightly visible, dainty, fragile, carefree.
Day 30: 10 facts about you, and your stats now? Are you ready to continue?
1. I’ve almost always been overweight. I hate it.
2. I have on and off had a thigh gap. I get one when I hit around 128. I’m so close!
3. I have a very weak stomach so eating almost nothing isn’t suspicious.
4. I really barely pay attention to food anymore, so I have no concern for eating. Days to weeks of no eating is very common for me.
5. I don’t have any safe foods any more. I just have never touch foods and fear foods.
6. My okay-ish fear foods are vegetables, fruits, nonfat dairy, and diet drinks. Somewhere in the middle is brown rice, chicken, ground turkey, popped corn and low calorie diet breads.
7. My never touch fear foods are white rice, bread thats not under 50 cals a slice, full fat dairy, oils, fried foods, added sugar, etc.
8. My biggest comfort foods are pasta, casseroles, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and basically all carbs.
9. I love working out and lifting weights.
10. I hate cardio.

Day 6 of The Daily Thinspo Challenge:
Do you binge? If so why?
TRIGGER WARNING: talk of fast food, and purging
No, not really. I have ‘cheat meals’ or 'bad meals’ but it always stops at the meal. If i’m having a shitty mental health day and i’m crying every half hour and my boyfriend can’t make it better and nothings consoling me and I have a bad craving, I get the food. Usually wendys or taco bell, or like.. mac and cheese or something, but only 1-2 items or 1-2 servings. And then I eat it. And then I lay on my boyfriends chest and cry some more bc i’m fat. And then I go to sleep. And then everything is fine, and thats it.
I used to binge bad. I used to 'treat myself a little, i earned it, i want it really bad’. Ex: treat yourself, you can have one serving of macaroni and cheese. Okay, two. Okay, there’s not much left; eat it now so you’re not tempted by left overs. Okay… you already fucked up. Eat some chips too. And some chicken. Okay, just go get taco bell. Maybe stop for soda too. And then after all that, I would purge. For like 45 minutes. And cry, and throw up blood. I’ve controlled that demon.

Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight?
Yes, but they have no jurisdiction on my life. They stopped being parents to me many years ago. They don’t have a right to care.
Daily thinspo challenge day 10, 12, 13, and 14
(Skipped 11 bc i dont have a favorite ‘story’, i just like progress pictures)
10: What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”?
The comfort of food. The closeness I felt about cooking meals and buying junk food with my boyfriend. The simplicity of buying 18$ worth of taco bell and cuddling up in bed and laughing and not thinking about the food and just enjoying it. But, its worth it, honestly.
12: What do you normally eat?
Oh dear. Nothing, honestly. I eat 1-2 times a day, and my calories rarely go over 200 calories a day if I eat. I eat salads, some fruit, zoodles, cauliflower rice, egg whites, turkey and cheese sandwiches, baked or boiled chicken, string cheese, and yogurt. Honestly, thats everything i’ve eaten in over a month.
13: Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
Unhealthy. Definitely unhealthy.
14: What’s your UGW? When you expect to reach it?
Right now, i’m saying 100lb. I expect to have easily reached it by the end of August.

My favorite thinspos are these. The girl on the left has legs that go on for MILES. She is so pretty, looks strong and fit, and gorgeous. I want people to be like “Wow, she must work hard for that body.” When they look at me.
The girl on the right, had a perfect thigh gap, gorgeous tattoos, beautiful skin, and ugh. I want to be her. I want to be the cool alternative chick with lots of tattoos.

30 Day Thinspo Challenge Day 24-27
24: How do you feel about the terms proana/promia?
Thats complicated. I use them, it helps me identify similarly minded people, but I feel that they give a bad representation of the situation. I feel like ‘proana/promia’ almost represents a crash diet now, not an eating disorder support group type deal. Idk.
25: Have you ever purged? If so describe your first experience.
Yeah, I have. I dont remember the first time, I used to a lot. I remember the worst one, we went to a Chinese buffet and i had like three plates of food and ran to the bathroom and threw up for 15 minutes, then went home and threw up more. That was a real low of my life, on my knees in a grimy buffet bathroom.
26: What excites you most about your UGW?
Everything. Being small, and cute, and clothes, and bathing suits, and boots, and my boyfriend throwing me around and being proud to call me his, and my mom being jealous, and the other girls and boys being jealous, and the comments, and posting on fb and everyone being shocked and asking how, and rubbing my stomach late at night and its flat, and waking up and its flat, and being able to slowly ease back into eating, and being confident at the gym. EVERYTHING.
27: How do you deal with being around food?
I’m a personal chef, i’m around it constantly. I don’t even think about it anymore honestly. I spend hours cooking it, watching videos on facebook, reading recipes, doesn’t effect me.
Daily thinspo challenge days 18-23
Day 18: What food is your weakness?
Peanut butter, bread, cheese.
Day 19: When is the last time you ate fast food?
May 15th. We got Wendys.
Day 20: Favorite diet?
Paleo, but a lot of the paleo diet is fear foods. I think its the healthiest diet, but im not exactly healthy am I?
Day 21: What are your clothing sizes?
I don’t know. I havent bought clothes in like a year. All my clothes are a bit big, but they’re probably stretched out by now.
Day 22: What was your lowest weight? Why/how did you gain?
117 i think. I didnt track weight too closely back then. I gained because I was dumb and weak and thought I was ‘recovering.’ But i wasnt even close to underweight, I just used it as an excuse to lose self control.
Day 23: Did media play a roll in you wanting to lose weight?
Yeah. Hell yeah it did.
